Functions Of The Soy Vitamins To The Body

By Leslie Ball

The soya bean is considered as the most nutritious bean in its class. This is because it has a high concentration of nutrients as compared to other beans, legumes and other proteins like meat and some vegetables. One of the main nutrients that are produced by soya is the vitamin whereby it not only produces one kind of vitamin but several forms of soy vitamins which include; Riboflavin Thiamine, Niacin, Biotin, vitamin B12 and folic acid. These vitamins all have a basic necessary function in the body of a human being.

Muscle contraction basically determines our body movements this is because their contraction and expansion literary moves the body. The thiamine vitamin is essential in contraction of muscles; hence, controls movement. Thiamine is also very vital to the human body since it helps aids in conversion of carbohydrates to glucose which is a very vital energy source to the human body.

Hormones are a crucial part of a normal human being this is because they act as a body clock to the human being and tells the brain to act in a particular way since something is missing or needed. The vitamin niacin is necessary for the formation of hormones in human beings since without the hormones ones body cannot alert itself on the danger it is in thus a shortfall of niacin in a body is a source of danger.

As we all know electricity cannot travel without a medium and so is the pulse without the nervous system. The human body transports its pulses from the source to ones brain and back via the nervous system and the nervous system needs biotin in transmission of these pulses. This makes the Biotin very important to ones body and some sources of Biotin include the soya bean.

Identity in human beings is very important and among the main sources of single stemmed identity without repetition is the DNA which is the only form of identity which humans have that cannot be duplicated. In the formation of DNA the folic acid is vital in its manufacture. One of the well known sources of folic acid is the soya bean which has a substantive level of vitamins.

The creation and the maintenance of ones DNA go hand in hand. This is where another vitamins found in soya comes into place, the vitamin Riboflavin is vital in maintenance and protection of the identity formed. Their task is to ensure the already formed DNA is shielded from destruction by other factors.

The red blood cells are a necessity in ones body in order to function normally this is because the Red blood cells basically help in transportation within ones body. One of the very vital vitamins that is required in formation of the Red blood cells is the vitamin B12 which is found in soya.

As explained above soya has many vitamins, not only those that protect the body but also those that defend the body against the destructive agents found in the environments. Despite that, it also has the carbohydrates and minerals that are contained in beans, legumes and other sources of nutrients.
